With a background in community management and customer service, a penchant for design details and interior decor, and a passion for spaces that breath ease into our bodies, Chris founded New Stage Properties to redefine house-flipping into a vocation of service and care for both the people and the properties.

In practice, this takes form as:

• helping homeowners sell their home with ease, communication and humanity

• collaborating with local businesses, especially LGBTQ+, Womens+ and other minority-run establishments

• saving houses from being demolished and instead, rejuvenating them to highlight their character and charm

• inviting folks into our spaces to help them find their next home!

Chris is a proud Mt. Airy neighbor who, in their free time, you can find scoring touchdowns with the Greater Philadelphia Flag Football League, perusing weekend flea markets, gravel biking in the Wissahickon, or enjoying a cappuccino at the next local coffee shop on their list of many.
